Founded in 1994, Computer System Designers, LLC. (CSD) is headquartered in Oklahoma City, with offices in New Jersey and Washington D.C. CSD provides information technology, engineering, training and E-Learning support services to our Federal clients, including the Federal Aviation Administration, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the Defense Information Systems Agency. In January 2005, CSD became a division of IS Technologies, LLC.
